Feb 2006 - Financial Report

February was a pretty good month for me. Not only did I actually recieve the $50 bonus for opening my sharebuilder account, I also got my dad to open a 529 savings plan for my college education. The $115 of seed money that he gave me is a great start, but just getting the account open allows me the opportunity for my friends and families to contribute to my savings account (no more excuses of not knowing what to get me for my birthday/christmas). In fact I should post the soliciation email my dad sent out to the family after getting my 529 plan started, it’s actually pretty funny.

Anyway here are my financial for the month of February
$415.92 - ING Savings Account (Christmas money & other gifts)
$25.44 - $50 Series EE Savings Bond

$117.48 - 529 Savings Plan
